To be fully honest, during the buildout, prelaunch process we had a few concerning issues. However, the NaXum team got us up and running. But, since our launch, they have been a well-oiled machine. We don’t feel like we’re endlessly waiting in a dev queue. They get right on our issues and for that we are grateful.

The star rating system is interesting. I gave it a 4 but that is referring to post launch.

Naxum is a solid platform with many features included with their core software package that would be considered an add on with other systems I have used. Ben and the Team are always willing to collaborate on ideas and provide sound feedback and suggestions. The commision engine is reliable and offers all the functionality needed to kept the corporate and field teams satisfied.

During the selling process and the onboarding, so far, Ben Dixon and the team at NaXum has shown our team an example of flawless execution. The decision-making process during the selling cycle for an IT partner is long and arduous. Ben's knowledge, presentation style and patience made the experience... while I won't say enjoyable--How can it be enjoyable when one is making a long-term commitment?--but I will say, it's far north of being just palatable!
